Victorian Dolls House

This is a beautiful two-storey victorian dolls house made from rubber tree wood and veneered MDF board. There are two floors with additional room space in the attic roof area.

Access to every floor can be gained by opening panels at the front and the roof hinges up. Extra realism is provided by the lower sash of each window sliding up and down.

Additional features include a pillared front porch and stairs to each floor. An additional basement floor can be purchased separately and is pictured below.

It can be painted, varnished or wall papered as desired. There are six rooms of colourful furniture featured in the photo above and will keep any child immersed for hours of role play fun.

This house comes as a flat pack with easy adult assembly. Its a 1:12 scale and the dimensions are W 31.5cms by L 63cms by H 73cms.

The main Plan Victorian Dolls' House stands on this basement extension,made of the same materials as the dolls house . Just like the main house access can be gained by outward opening front panels and this also has sliding sash windows. It has stairs inside leading into teh main house but hte front entrance steps are moveable. W31cms x L63cms x H25cms, including stairway
